Production Lead Time
Drop ship orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days once the order reaches production.
Bulk orders can take anywhere from 7-14+ business days depending on quantity and availability of raw material.
Drop ship orders are shipped via FedEx. Any special shipping requirements (inserts, etc) will be discussed prior to producing the mats.
Orders are shipped in a plain box.
Packing slips are printed with your company logo and website URL.
Bulk orders are generally shipped flat on a pallet, individually boxed mats will incur an additional charge. Please call for quotes.
We charge a flat rate of $14 for each location, no matter the quantity. The $14 flat rate applies to ground shipping in the continental US.
If you are shipping express, or you are shipping outside the continental US the rates will be displayed at checkout.

Please provide an image of the mat in question when reaching out to the customer service team. We will replace any mat due to a defect in the material, or premature wear (mats where the design comes off in less than 30 days). Mats showing wear over 30 days but less than 6 months that you would like replaced, we simply ask you cover the shipping charge for your customer. Mats over 6 months, will need to be considered case-by-case, so please reach out to our customer support team.
The manufacturing of the natural Classic Coir product can lead to small divots of the coir material releasing from the backing. This is considered a normal part of the product, adds character and is not typically considered a defect. We do watch the mats as they are being used for production to remove any mats that have an excess of missing divots. However, if your customer receives a mat with an excess of missing divots, we will analyze on a case-by-case basis for replacement.
While we continue to improve our processes, we are proud to have just over a 2% replacement rate for our mats. That percentage includes defects, premature wear and even lost or undelivered orders.
Drop Ship Orders
If your customer receives a defective product or we made a production error, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
For bulk orders we will send you a pre-production sample mat before the first bulk order is shipped. Contact us with your approval and we will move forward with your order.
If there are any mats damaged in shipment, please let us know how many, a detailed description of the type of damage along with pictures to assist us in filing a claim with the shipper. We will either provide a credit on your next shipment or send you replacement mats for the ones damaged.
Visibility of your designs
We do our best to keep your stock designs hidden from other wholesalers view. We don't allow searches on this site for that very reason. If you are clicking around and discover mats are visible through some obscure part of our site, please let us know asap and we will correct it as quickly as possible.
We can't control other wholesalers from finding your designs on an internet search. Nor can we stop a another wholesaler from using your design, even if they use our wholesale services. Many designs are similar, and we don't have the resources to police everyone's design.
