Deadline Extended

We know CYBER Monday is a big day for our online retailers!  We want to make sure you can take advantage of the entire day for getting those Holiday Orders.  So, we have EXTENDED our original deadline to Tuesday, November 30, 2021, 11pm EST as the date/time we need to have your orders entered into our website.  

Standard production times for our Classic Coir and DuraCoir Matting is currently 3-5 business days.  We expect that to hold until mid - late November.  However, a larger than anticipated influx of orders could change that.  If so, we will update the blog to keep you informed. 

We will be halting rush orders on 11/11/21 to make sure production runs smoothly for all orders placed for Holiday Delivery.   

We have 2 upcoming Holidays Thanksgiving 11/25-11/28 &  Christmas 12/24-12/26  that will affect production and shipping times.  

We have set 11:00 pm est, 11/30/21 as our Holiday cut off.  We anticipate all orders that are entered into our system by that time to ship by the dates FedEx has provided to arrive in time for delivery on or before 12/24/21.  These orders will be given priority and will be produced in the order received.  Exceptions to that include stock mats that we are able to produce as personalized screens are created and any issues with artwork submitted. It is our sincere hope to be able to extend our deadline, especially for any of your stock mat designs.  However, we will not be able to determine that until we have a final count of orders on 12/01//21.  

Keep in mind our cut off is set so that all orders placed in our system on or before 11/30/21 are produced and in the hands of FedEx in time for delivery on or before 12/24/21.  We realize that some of your customers will be celebrating the holiday earlier, and will want their mats sooner.  Unfortunately, we will not be offering rushes, but we WILL be working to get all orders out as quickly as possible to exceed the expectations we have set.   Also, due to the holidays, some orders will "feel" like they are extended even if they are not.  For example, an order placed late in the day on 11/19/21 (if we are still on a 3-5 day turnaround) may not ship until 12/1/21.  While that is a 5 day production time, it will "feel like" 8 business days (12 days total), and it still has to travel to its destination.   It might be over 2 weeks before your customer has their mat in hand.  Just keep this in mind as you set your customer expectations.  We will be doing what we can to minimize this, but it is possible.  Finally, once all the mats placed by 11/30/21 are complete and shipped, we will begin working on the mats 11/30/21.  FedEx will not be picking up 12/24-12/26, or Dec 31-Jan 2.  This may impact the delivery of orders placed after 11/30.    We will be keeping you informed of production turnaround, but please keep in mind the possible additional shipping delays.  We truly want to return to standard turnaround as quickly as possible.
