Duracoir mats have been delayed. We are not able to provide an expected date of receipt. At this time, we do not expect them to arrive until late September.
What does this mean for you?
We would recommend directing your customers to a different product if that will suit their needs. Otherwise, the orders will be on backorder until the new matting arrives.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. This type of occurrence, while generally very rare, is out of our control. A number of factors could have led to this delay, including the recent nationwide trucking shortage and the remnants of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
